Good for one job post

I used CareerLink for a single job posting for a new admin. It was pretty easy to get it up there. Didn't get tons of applicants but the one person we hired was good. The site felt straightforward.

Decent value on bulk posts

I bought a bulk job credits package from CareerLink, mostly because I saw they had a pretty good discount compared to just buying individual listings. My main goal was to save money since we do a lot of hiring. Setting up the posts was pretty simple. The applicant tracking system was helpful for keeping things organized. It felt like a solid investment for the price, especially with the bulk discount. Got some good candidates, so I'd say it was worth it for the money saved.

Thinking of posting a few jobs on CareerLink. Does anyone know if they still do those bulk discounts? Or like, is there a coupon code floating around for new employers?

They definitely do bulk discounts. I just got a package of credits a few months ago for like 15% off. You usually have to buy a bigger bundle though.

For codes, I think new employers sometimes get an email with one, or if you talk to their sales people for a quantity order. I never saw public ones though, afaik.

Hey has anyone used CareerLink recently? Trying to decide if it's worth it for a small business or if I should just stick with Indeed for now. What's the cost like for a single job post?

C Chris Brooks 4 months ago
I've used them! I think it's kinda comparable to Indeed, maybe a little more targeted depending on the role. For a single post, it's not super cheap but you can get a 30 or 60 day listing. Check their site, prices are usually there.

yeah I got a first post free deal when I signed up last year. maybe check for that? The applicants were decent quality for an entry-level role.
